Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
- Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines
- Deliver product by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
- Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during a shift
- Positive attitude and strong motivation skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Reliable insured vehicle for delivery
- Great role model and leader; punctual
- Minimum 18 years of age
