Potential earnings up to $20k‑$30k monthly. Immediate work is available for experienced pool installers or skilled dirt workers, heavy equipment operators, landscapers, pavers, grading crews, or construction workers.

• Install residential above‑ground pools within a 200‑mile radius.
• Pick up pool kits from local freight companies, usually near the customer’s house or on the way to the installation location.
• Move earth and set pools with the necessary grading and site leveling.
• Work on the road and maintain a consistent schedule of installs.

• Professional‑grade grading and site‑leveling experience using transit or laser level.
• Experience in grading or dirt work if pool installation experience is lacking.
• Prior experience as a pool installer, heavy equipment operator, or construction worker is highly preferred.

• Access to operate a full‑size truck, residential Bobcat or front loader, transit or laser level, and hand tools.
• Many installers rent machines monthly; ownership is not required.
• Must have at least one reliable crew member/helper.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to cover a 200‑mile radius.

• Average pay of $1,400‑$1,600 per install (6‑8 hours).
