Labor/Utility is responsible for performing general laborer duties to maintain a clean plant area. Additionally, this role demonstrates a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site’s food safety management system, and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.

Rotating shift: 7a-7p | 7p-7a with overtime, call‑out availability, weekends/holidays, and rotating shift availability required. Rate of pay: $24.30 per hour.

• Shovel and sweep product to maintain clean plant area
• Operate hand tools, forklift, bobcat, backhoe, and other mobile equipment
• Climb steps/ladders, work in high places and confined spaces
• Work outdoors and in all types of weather
• Work safely and communicate effectively
• Must be willing to train to advance into different job classifications

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a high level of dedication to safety
• Ability to work primarily in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a plant or similar environment
