Job Description:
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Business lead for all GAAP audits and statutory examinations, preparing schedules as requested and providing copies of supporting working papers as needed.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation of all assigned balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and provide all requested information needed by the parent company to assist in the preparation of the consolidated tax return and consolidated financial statements
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous insurance and / or financial service industries audit experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
