A growing accounting team in the real estate and property management industry is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant/Hybrid for a contract opportunity in Calabasas, CA. - Perform high‑volume daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding reconciling items, discrepancies, and account variances in a timely manner.
- Reconcile cash, credit card, and balance sheet accounts while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify accounting irregularities, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support audits by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests.

Hybrid. - Compensation: $29.00 to $34.00 per year.
