Alliance Resource Group is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to manage day-to-day operations and oversee financial reporting for a growing retail organization in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, preferably in a multi-location retail environment, and will lead the accounting team while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
This role involves managing the monthly close process, inventory accounting, and working closely with executive leadership to improve processes. A CPA and significant experience in inventory and revenue recognition are highly preferred.
