• Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight’s success by leading the design and development of cutting‑edge new network test platforms – platforms combining high‑speed networking with compute and FPGA resources

• Contribute to all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release
• Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products
• Participate in a cross‑functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
• Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
• Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
• Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience
• Strong skills and experience in people‑management and development
• Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
• Experience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred.
• Knowledge of high‑speed signal integrity concepts and practices
• Exposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred.
• Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
• Knowledge of PCB stack-ups and understanding of materials
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams

California Pay Range: MIN $163,950 - MAX $273,250.
