Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Available for working extended periods on-site in Calabasas, CA
• Develop state-of-the-art IP test products
• Design mechanical and thermal system solutions
• Simulate and design thermal solutions
• Validate designs, build and test prototypes
• Collaborate in an open team environment

• BS degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience required
• Proven track record in product development from concept to production
• Strong design skills, analytical problem solving and attention to detail
• Experience designing complex electro-mechanical systems & thermal management solutions including liquid cooling
• Knowledge of sheet metal, machined parts, plastic and extrusion fabrication methods
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Solid Works; familiar with ANSI drafting standards
• Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work in small teams required
• Competent with hand and bench tools
• Experience with Solid Works Flow Simulation a plus
• Knowledge of networking/data center equipment a plus
• Knowledge of HALT testing a plus

Colorado pay range: MIN $124,420- MAX $207,370

Note:For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
