Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading global beauty brand to find a highly organized and service-driven Studio Concierge for their flagship studio in Calabasas, CA. This individual will be the face of the studio, managing all front-of-house operations, seminar coordination, guest relations, and volunteer hair model programs. Working in a dynamic, creative environment, this person plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for in-person and virtual attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as concierge and main point of contact for all seminar attendees and studio guests.
• Manage seminar registration, payment processing, and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate booking of artists, speakers, snacks, gifts, and virtual kits for seminars/events.
• Support virtual classes including content capture and attendee engagement.
• Oversee studio inventory and merchandise, and support monthly income/P&L tracking.
• Leverage data and reporting to suggest improvements and support studio growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (beauty industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS365, Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Zoom, and Apple tools.
• Social media fluency (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
