Job Summary

We are seeking a Branch Manager in Calabasas, CA for a direct hire opportunity within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for a banking professional with strong branch operations, new accounts, customer service, compliance, and client relationship experience.

The Branch Manager will support daily branch activity, assist consumer and business clients, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and help ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations. • Open and support consumer accounts and business accounts while ensuring accurate documentation and proper account setup.
• Recommend banking products and services based on client needs, relationship opportunities, and branch service goals.
• Process branch transactions, account maintenance requests, documentation updates, and client service inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements, information security standards, and applicable banking procedures.
• Support a positive client experience by resolving concerns professionally and communicating clearly with clients and employees.
• Contribute to efficient daily branch operations through attention to detail, confidentiality, sound judgment, and service consistency.

• Salary range: $74,880 to $107,525 per year.
