Senior Business Analyst - Republic Indemnity

Join the dynamic team at Republic Indemnity, a leader in the insurance industry. This role focuses on database development and business analysis for Workers Compensation insurance systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Calabasas office, hybrid schedule: 1 day in office, 4 days remote.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable dashboards using Cognos and Tableau.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions to support analytical and operational reporting.
• Perform data analysis and querying using Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and other database platforms.
• Document business processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring clear communication with IT and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems, fostering continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of related experience in insurance systems, particularly Workers Compensation.
• Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, or Billing Center.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Snowflake, Cognos, Tableau, and ETL processes.
• Strong command of data modeling and modern data platforms.

• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
