Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and support our company’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, supporting employees with technical issues, and helping keep our systems secure, efficient, and scalable as the company grows.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees (hardware, software, network, and account issues)
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (email, Slack, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and security systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and best practices
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company policies
- Support office moves, expansions, and new technology rollouts
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of macOS and some Windows environments
- Experience with networking basics (routers, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM, or device enrollment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or multi-location environments
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple)
