The Enterprise Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting collected data, identifying trends, creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and tailored datasets for self‑service reporting. The analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders, leverages data modeling to support informed business decisions, and works cross‑functionally with finance, engineering, and other teams to address data gaps and build consistent business language definitions and metrics.

• Develop analytical content—including reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets—using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Databricks.
• Support end‑user adoption of reporting through documentation and guidance.
• Write SQL‑based solutions and leverage AI tools to support the company’s reporting requirements on the data platform.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to conduct data analysis, fulfill data requests, and provide insights on company performance to enhance and refine processes and deliverables.
• Create new features in existing report packages to improve deliverables.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying issues, correcting metric definitions, and validating results before reporting.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business management, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in requirements gathering and business analysis techniques, including stakeholder interviews and translating business needs into BI solutions.
• Preferred:
  Experience in financial modeling.
• Intermediate experience querying relational databases and data warehouses (e.g., SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience, including advanced functions, formulas, and features such as conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, and external data connections.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
• Highly preferred:
  Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong business analysis skills and technical aptitude.
• Strong understanding of finance concepts.

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $91,597.00 to $ annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.

The Company provides nine paid holidays per year, and new employees accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
