Senior Production Coordinator-Apparel

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast‑paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self‑starter.

• Production Lifecycle Management
  • Assist with the entire product creation process, from development hand‑off through to final production and delivery.
  • Monitor the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.
  • Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
  • Manage high‑volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.
  • Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.
  • Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain strong follow‑up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.
• Administrative & Reporting
  • Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.
  • Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
  • Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 4 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
