Equipment Specialist, 1st Shift

The primaryobjectiveof the Moulding

Technician role is to ensurethe reliable operation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment. This includes equipment programming, setup, processtroubleshootingand monitoring, while ensuring compliance with Res Med’s quality,WSH, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Equipment Setup: Conduct the necessary equipment and tooling setup to meet production requirements, including verification through testing and measurement to ensureoptimalperformance.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Perform process or equipment troubleshooting andassistthe engineering team with validation activities to resolve any operational issues.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities asrequiredfor production equipment, ensuring full compliance with operational standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies tomaintaina safe and compliant work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting existing maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cross-functional Support: Support other departments in ensuring that new projects and equipment are delivered, installed, andmaintainedon time and to the highest standard.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, includingknowledgein
  
  Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, both as part of a team and independently.

• Diploma,ITEor Certificaterelatedto Mechanicalor  Electrical field
• Experienceinmanufacturingenvironment
• Experience in injectionmouldingprocess
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices, with the ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings.
• Experience in performing maintenance and calibration activities on equipment, ensuring equipment is always inoptimalworking condition
