Responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise on home enhancement
• Supporting management through opening and closing routines, register functions, and back-office procedures
• Supervising store operations to meet financial goals and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintaining visual standards, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house organization
• Serving as a role model in sales generation and customer service, effectively performing the Selling Captain role
• Fostering a respectful, inclusive environment aligned with our People First philosophy

Qualifications include:

• Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions
• 1-3 years retail sales experience, with shift supervision preferred
• Experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stock responsibilities is a plus

Physical requirements:

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs. safely
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and additional weekday shifts as needed
