Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance—by engaging guests and assessing their needs. The PBA will assist guests in selecting prestige merchandise while upholding store standards and company policies.
The role supports the Sales Manager with service/retail sales, guest service, events, and brand training to drive prestige sales and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
