Security Officer Retail Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, lobbies, and exterior areas, assisting with visitor inquiries, directional support, and observation of security-related concerns across the property.;
Support property operations by communicating with tenants, contractors, and management, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and other assigned site duties.
