** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, lobbies, and exterior areas, assisting with visitor inquiries, directional support, and observation of security-related concerns across the property.

+ Support property operations by communicating with tenants, contractors, and management, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and other assigned site duties.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A current guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
