- Conduct comprehensive advance planning for both travel routes and destination sites. Assess road conditions, traffic patterns, and real-time threats, and evaluate site layouts to secure entry and exit points, parking areas, and transition zones for safe and seamless client movement.
- Maintain constant situational awareness while in transit or stationary. Identify potential risks or suspicious behavior early and apply proactive, discreet measures to neutralize or avoid threats without disrupting the client's experience.
- Respond decisively to critical incidents such as hostile encounters, vehicle ambushes, or medical emergencies. Execute appropriate tactical or medical response procedures to ensure the client's immediate safety and well-being.
- Coordinate with local, state, or federal law enforcement when needed. Ensure legal compliance, facilitate emergency response, and support continuity of operations during escalated situations.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when interacting with clients, family members, guests, and third parties. Handle all personal and operational information with absolute discretion.
- Collaborate with executive protection agents, residential security teams, and operational staff to maintain coordinated movements, consistent communication, and full-spectrum protective coverage.
- Remain ready and adaptable to support dynamic schedules, including extended shifts, last‑minute deployments, and after‑hours movements. Adjust to evolving client needs and mission requirements with flexibility and professionalism.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in private protection, protective details, close protection, military, law enforcement, or a relevant protection role.
