Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and property information, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and communications accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
