Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access-related issues, reporting unusual conditions, and supporting a professional environment for occupants and guests.;
Assist with routine inspections of the location for maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations, and report findings through appropriate channels.
