Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or guests at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
