Crane's Mill has a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Residency Transition Coordinator at our West Caldwell community! This position offers a competitive salary, based upon experience, of $55k-$60k. Robust benefits package with paid time off!

Qualifications
  • Education/Training/

    Certifications:

    • Required:

      High School Diploma/GED
    • Preferred: BS/BA Degree in Communications and Marketing, or related experience. Preferred: prior experience working in an Independent Living and/or CCRC environment.
    • Preferred: prior project management experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Independent judgment and self‑starter.
    • Compassion for the senior population.
    • Professional appearance and proper phone etiquette.
    • Computer experience; CRM experience a plus.
    • Dependable with flexibility in work hours.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A sense of humor.
Responsibilities
  • Encourage, participate, and actively contribute to the achievement of the department’s census goals.
  • Act as a liaison during the move‑in process to ensure a smooth transition of new residents into the community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
