Health Edge is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of the newHealth Rules Payer  (HRP)
WebUI— the modern web-based interface replacing our legacy desktop client. This is a highly visible, ground-up modernization effort spanning the full breadth of the HRP platform, and the successful candidate will own the roadmap, requirements, and user experience direction that guides configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users through this transition.

This role requires someone who can balance deep healthcare claims administration domain knowledge with strong product management fundamentals, and who is comfortable partnering closely with UX and engineering to make sound tradeoffs on usability, performance, and migration sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for the HRPWebUI, prioritizing feature parity, usability improvements, and net-new capabilitiesrelativeto the legacy desktop application
  • Define detailed requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for web-based configuration and claims administration screens in partnership with UX designers and engineering leads
  • Lead discovery with configuration analysts, claims administrators, and health plan operations users to understand legacy desktop workflows and translate them into modern, efficient web experiences
  • Develop and communicate a clear migration strategy and sequencing plan for moving customers from the legacy desktop application to theWebUIwith minimal disruption
  • Partner with UX/UI designers on interaction design, navigation patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure theWebUImeets modern usability expectations
  • Collaborate with engineering throughout sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Define and track success metrics forWebUIadoption, performance, and user satisfaction, using data to inform prioritization decisions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on HRPWebUIcapabilities for sales, implementation, and customer success teams, including support for customer and prospect conversations
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across customers, executives, and cross-functional teams regarding

    WebUIroadmap and release timing
  • Support user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and phased rollouts tovalidatethe

    WebUIagainst real-world claims administration workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of roadmap, requirements, and delivery for enterprise software products
  • Direct experience in healthcare claims administration, core administrative processing systems (CAPS), or payer operations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex, legacy desktop workflows into modern web-based user experiences
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with experience balancing competing stakeholder needs across customers, sales, and engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting roadmap and product decisions to executive and customer audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UI/UX development, design systems, or front-end web technologies, sufficient to engage credibly with designers and engineers on interaction design tradeoffs
  • Hands-on familiarity with

    Health Rules Payer  or a comparable core administrative processing system
  • Experience leading legacy-to-web application migrations or platform modernization initiatives
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologies
