Tapani Inc. is seeking a Foreman to manage onsite crew on a construction project across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The Foreman will plan daily and weekly work with the Superintendent and communicate requirements to the crew to ensure a quality product.
The role requires ensuring crew training, OSHA compliance, and the ability to read blueprints, coordinate tools, and track time and reports. It is a full-time, on-site position with variable hours and a strong emphasis on teamwork.
