Construction Manager/ Foreman
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Caldwell, , to oversee project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and field coordination for complex electrical construction projects.
What You’ll Bring- 5+ years of electrical project management experience
- Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost forecasting, and project controls
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
- Proven ability to lead field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Licensed Electrician or hands‑on electrical construction background preferred
- Strong pipeline of commercial and industrial electrical projects

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.;
Friday, 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
