Position Overview
In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound customer communication, schedule service appointments, and coordinate closely with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule service calls and appointments for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
- Ensure field teams have full, efficient schedules
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, service requests, and bookings
- Confirm appointments and adjust schedules as needed
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Monitor job status and coordinate with field staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide customers with clear information regarding service options, availability, and pricing
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service
- Communicate promotions, discounts, and available services to customers
- Work closely with the scheduling team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
- Team‑oriented mindset
- $18–$23/hour + performance bonuses
