As an Operations Support Specialist and public health employee, you will play an active role in improving the health and wellness of your community and play a key role in keeping District Operations running smoothly. You will support the purchasing, receiving, and distribution of supplies, equipment, materials, and services; coordinate fleet vehicle activities; and provide friendly, responsive customer service to staff and community members.
This position also manages incoming and outgoing mail and shipping activities, coordinates daily bank deposits, and ensures materials and information reach the appropriate staff. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach, you will help support the day‑to‑day operations that make our work possible.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the public, staff, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders by professionally answering, screening, and directing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail operations, including sorting, distributing, preparing mailings, maintaining postage equipment, and ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
