Responsibilities
The Ski Instructor is responsible for teaching group and private lessons to guests of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Responsibility includes, but are not limited to:
- Assess student abilities in a reasonable amount of time to develop a strategy for improving their skill.
- Provide instructions to students to improve their skiing abilities.
- Moderate athletic ability is required to perform all job related tasks, ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Work with rental staff, ski patrollers, lift operators, and groomers to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
- Create a fun, professional and safe learning experience for guest.
