- 32+ College Credits OR Pass Para Pro Exam (administered at the district office)
- Interest in children and education
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers and staff members and other district personnel
- Assist students with schoolwork
- Provide instruction to groups of students
- Work effectively with students of varied backgrounds and abilities
- Maintain student and district confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
