Lead site-specific architecture, engineering, code, entitlement, parking/access, permitting, construction documents, and design-phase services.

• Develop site plan, massing, architecture, engineering, and public-realm concept
• Resolve parking, access, servicing, circulation, and guest arrival
• Coordinate design development and interdisciplinary engineering
• Prepare permit and construction documents and close review comments

• Idaho professional licensing or documented ability to provide an Idaho-licensed team
• Comparable boutique hotel and mixed-use project experience
• Demonstrated code, entitlement, accessibility, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Signed integrity disclosure and commitment letter
