Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)
OverviewSupport branch operations by delivering outstanding customer service, processing loan applications, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing customers’ questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings on current renewal loans.
- Balance the assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit, and transport money to and from the bank as needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of the application date.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transporting bank deposits and fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Self‑confidence and strong organizational skills.
- History of kindness, compassion, and willingness to help others.
- Ability to seek quality‑driven solutions and adapt to new ideas.
- Team player willingness to pitch in when needed and accept help.
- Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting up to 5lbs.; may exert up to 30lbs. of force.
- Regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Hourly Pay: $17–$20.
