We are seeking compassionate, skilled clinicians who are passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and families affected by substance use, mental health disorders, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. Our clinicians play a critical role in supporting individuals involved in Treatment Court, Probation, Parole, and other correctional and community supervision programs.

Why Clinicians Choose Us
  • Work in a mission-driven organization focused on changing lives through recovery and resilience.
  • Collaborate with licensed clinicians, case managers, court professionals, probation officers, and community partners.
  • Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
  • Provide meaningful services that reduce recidivism and support long-term recovery.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, clinical supervision, and continuing education.
  • Make a measurable impact in both behavioral health and criminal justice systems.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments.
  • Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate recovery-focused and psycho educational groups.
  • Collaborate with Treatment Court teams, probation/parole officers, attorneys, judges, and other community stakeholders.
  • Monitor client progress and provide recommendations regarding treatment engagement and recovery goals.
  • Complete clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid, ASAM, court, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings and case consultations.
  • Support clients in developing recovery skills, relapse prevention strategies, and community support networks.
Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, CADC, or related behavioral health credential).
  • Experience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care preferred.
  • Interest or experience working with justice-involved populations, probation and parole clients, and treatment court participants.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centered care.
  • All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
The Impact You'll Have

Our clinicians help individuals navigate recovery while addressing barriers related to mental health, substance use, family relationships, employment, housing, and involvement with the criminal justice system. By partnering with Treatment Courts and correctional stakeholders, clinicians directly contribute to improved public safety, reduced recidivism, and healthier communities.
