Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavioral Technician, located in Caldwell,  Registered Behavioral Technician will provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting in behavior analysis, and applying principles of applied behavior analysis. The technician will be responsible for documenting progress, communicating with patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Active RBT is Required
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
  • Education in Psychology or related field
  • Empathy and patience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field is preferred but NOT required
