Foodera Technologies is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical support, manage hardware assets, and assist with IT projects for our Idaho Falls facility and global Digital & IT team.
You will troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, document resolutions, and provide occasional remote support to other locations. Prior IT ops or help desk experience is preferred.
