- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the Idaho Bar, or willingness to become admitted.
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, or private equity is a plus.
The Role
A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a junior associate to join its Corporate Group in Boise, focusing on M&A and related transactions. The role provides the opportunity to work on a broad array of deals, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and venture capital investments. This is a great platform for early-career associates to gain hands-on deal experience in a highly collaborative and nationally recognized practice.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, investor rights agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Support due diligence and manage closing processes.
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, compliance, and governance matters.
- Assist with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients across industries.
- Work on complex deals with Fortune 100 clients and emerging companies
