Pay: $16.00/hr – $22.00/hr; minimum average $15/hr with possibility to earn up to $22/hr, plus tips.

Employment Type: Full‑time

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards while following the company process.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• As a team lead, manage the team's schedule, drive safely, and keep the vehicle and supplies ready.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and keep a clean, organized work area.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully passes background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, perform overhead work and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 7:45 am‑5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate effectively with clients.
