Custodian

Job Summary

The Facilities Custodian will helpmaintaina clean and safe working environment at our facility, making sure itremainsclear of debris and trash. In addition, this position willbe responsible for cleaning unitsinpreparation to ship them to our customers.

• Maintain and clean the facility, grounds, and related areas to keep the production shop floor clean and clear of debris.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, facilities on a regular schedule.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Keep exterior of facility clear of trash and other material.
• Gather and empty trash in ship flow.
• Clean building flooring, facilitysurfacesand various work areas.
• Clean completed units prior to shipment.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to drive a forklift,a plus.
• Ability to work independently asregards totheir schedule with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work on their feet for an8-10 hourshift.
• Adhere to safety protocols andmaintaina clean and organized environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environmentrequiringthe employee to stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch throughout an 8-to-10-hour day.
• Strength to carry product, equipment, and tools up to 50 pounds and push or pull product up to 100 pounds.
• Ability towork inboth indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Office and shop floor environment.
