Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Caldwell

Supervises:
Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees.
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on‑time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a key role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

• Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
• Hire employees
• Supplement site inspections & follow‑up plans
• Manage labor budget in assigned areas
• Develop strategies to align operations when over budget
• Manage and evaluate time‑keeping system
• Schedule work loading for new and existing accounts
• Collaborate with OP management team to provide promised service to customers
• Coordinate with OP management on tasks generated by the OP management team (e.g., employee coaching for poor inspection)
• Assist in building the management team as needs arise and budget permits, under direction of OP Senior Management
• Report nightly via an area manager written report covering time, activities, and tasks performed/accomplished
• Attend weekly staff meetings, accounting for time, tasks completed, tasks pending, and problem‑solving with owners and management team
• Manage general operations of the business in your area
• Work necessary hours, including overtime up to 45 hours per week as required by business needs
• Participate in performance‑based incentives (bonuses) based on key performance indicators
• Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis or as needed (if applicable)

Requirements: Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance

Required experience: Management: 1 year

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
