Regional Manager/District Manager

• Must submit to a background check consisting of a National Criminal Scan, National Sex Offender Registry, National Security/Terrorist Watch List and County Criminal Search. Continued employment will be based on satisfactory outcome of the background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company.
• This position requires employee to work on-site
• Must be able to attend occasional off-site meetings
• Minimum 40-hour work week

The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, with a dedicated focus on maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards to provide every member with a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment. This role demonstrates a genuine passion for supporting members on their individual fitness journeys, inspiring both staff and members alike. The Club Manager is committed to exemplary leadership, financial performance, and member satisfaction, while ensuring strict adherence to Planet Fitness brand standards.

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members who are passionate about maintaining high cleanliness standards and a welcoming environment.
• Create and maintain a positive, motivated, and team-oriented work environment.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions and provide continuous performance feedback.
• Cross train Assistant Manager in the General Manager responsibilities to ensure continuity of management as well as provide growth management growth opportunities.
• Handle employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions and process terminations as needed

• Oversee all daily operations, including timely opening/closing procedures
• Monitor staff scheduling to ensure full shift coverage. Cover any shift as needed.
• Carefully review staff timecards and submit accurate weekly payroll on Monday morning
• Monitor and manage payroll hours, expenses, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure overall safety of employees, members and club property.
• Ensure the club is clean, safe, and maintained to Planet Fitness standards at all times.
• Report and follow up on equipment issues and coordinate repairs and/or preventative maintenance as needed.
• Perform all front desk functions as needed.

• Ensure staff follow superior customer service guidelines.
