Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Residential Manager for our new Residential Center for Healing & Resilience in Idaho. You will recruit, train, and supervise residential staff and ensure program plans are understood by the team.
You will work Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 8pm, helping to provide care for youth and supporting program and clinical staff. Join a nonprofit focused on hope, healing, and resilience.
