Team Member V

• Assist with the adjustment, operation, and supervision of machines according to regulations (factory data collection (FDC or TSOP), work instructions), ensuring qualitative and punctual completion of orders.
• Set up machines according to the setup plan.
• Perform quality controls according to TSOP; report deviations to superiors.
• Supervise the technical condition and flawless functioning of machines.
• Initiate actions in case of technical errors and report to superiors.
• Check safety installations and separate materials with failures.
• Perform and ensure quality controls according to inspection plans and regulations.
• Record manufacturing and testing documentation properly.
• Conduct optical inspections for product defects and mark their positions.
• Separate defective products from acceptable ones.
• Manage resources, auxiliaries, residuals, and operating materials professionally.
• Supply and dispose of subassemblies, pre-products, resources, auxiliaries, residuals, and operating materials.
• Ensure timely supply of tools.
• Follow procedures outlined in the function manual and IMS.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the automotive or chemical industry.

Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA methodologies.

Knowledge of polymer processes is a plus.
