Position Summary: The Foreman is responsible for leading daily production operations within their assigned department in our high-volume manufactured housing environment. This role supervises employees, ensures quality and safety standards, drives productivity, and supports a strong performance‑driven culture across the plant.

- Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Ensure work meets all quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Monitor production output, labor efficiency, scrap, rework, and downtime; take corrective action as needed.
- Enforce all safety, OSHA, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate workflow with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Materials to avoid bottlenecks.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees.
- Uphold attendance, conduct, and performance standards in alignment with company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and seasonal production shifts.
- Adjust staffing and workflow to meet production demand.
- Document production performance and communicate results to leadership.
- Utilize basic tablet, production reporting, or digital work order systems.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities

- Experience in modular housing, manufacturing, or large‑scale production.
- Prior Foreman or supervisory experience.
- Experience working on production lines or job sites.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing.
- Exposure to dust, machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other protective equipment as required.
- Full‑time, fully onsite position.
- Standard production schedule is Monday–Friday
. - Shifts aligned with plant production hours.
- Extended hours, early starts, weekends, and overtime may be required based on production demands, peak season, or operational needs.
- Must be dependable and punctual to support production schedules and staffing coordination.
