Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking Welders & Chassis Assemblers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Caldwell, Idaho. This position offers a stable weekday schedule in a year-round, indoor construction environment, ensuring work is not affected by weather. • $24.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday

• 2–5 years of production welding experience (must be listed on your application)
• Ability to weld .035 hard wire in various positions
• Experience operating oxy-acetylene torches, plasma cutters, and hand grinders
• Proficient in reading blueprints and sketches
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for 10-hour shifts, and bend, crawl, or climb as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
