KIT Custom Home Builders is actively hiring Framer to join our Sidewalls Department. This is a full‑time, year‑round position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

• Build and assemble sidewall framing components for manufactured homes.
• Set and position sidewalls onto units as part of the production process.
• Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications.
• Install sheetrock as needed and secure work to meet applicable codes and standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently.
• Use ladders safely and work on rooftops as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure all framing and setting work meets quality and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with and around large wall components.
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

• Monday – Friday
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5×)
• Occasional Saturdays based on production and staffing needs

• Starting at $24.00 +/hour, DOE.
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears).

• Manufacturing/production setting.
• Fast‑paced production environment with daily output expectations.
• Work may be repetitive and physically demanding.
• Exposure to noise, dust, wood materials, and varying temperatures.
• Handling and positioning large wall sections.
• PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, closed‑toe footwear).
