Electrician - Electrical Department (Manufactured Housing / Construction)

KIT Custom Home Builders is actively hiring Electricians to join our Electrical Department
. This is a full‑time, year‑round position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

• Perform rough wiring in manufactured homes
• Install switches, outlets (receptacles), and electrical devices
• Install and connect main electrical panels and breakers
• Install lighting fixtures and components
• Route wiring and ensure proper connections according to specifications
• Test electrical systems for functionality and safety
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Previous electrical or construction experience preferred (residential or manufacturing)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods
• Ability to read measurements and follow diagrams or instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

• Physical demands: lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs regularly; stand, bend, work in tight or confined spaces; work at heights, including roofs as needed
• Use hand tools and electrical tools safely
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

• Monday – Friday
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs

• Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)
