- Assist Primary Operators with trimming and finishing molded plastic products
- Use routers, saws, air tools, and other equipment to complete final product finishing
- Assemble components using glue, sonic welders, and additional materials as required
- Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors
- Verify prints, specifications, and production orders for accuracy
- Properly stack and organize parts to prevent damage
- Maintain production pace and support other operations when needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Contribute to a positive and safety‑focused production environment
- Ability to read prints and production specifications
- Experience using manufacturing tools and machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads
- Basic computer skills are helpful
- Ability to work in a hot, humid, and loud manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Starting pay of $17/hour
