MAKS Plastics is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our production crew. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they build—this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do- Operate ovens and molds to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Fill molds with resin and safely secure them for production
- Remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles
- Inspect products and identify quality issues
- Keep production moving at pace with the oven
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support teammates and help wherever needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physical environment
- Comfortable working in heat, noise, and at heights (up to 15 ft)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (more with assistance)
- Manufacturing experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
