Drywall Installer (Sheetrock) - Back Panel Department (Manufactured Housing / Construction)

KIT Custom Home Builders is actively hiring Drywall Installers to join our Back Panel Department
. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.
- Install drywall (sheetrock) panels in manufactured homes
- Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels according to specifications
- Secure panels to framing using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with alignment and positioning to ensure proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Previous drywall, construction, or production experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and position drywall panels (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work with large panels and overhead placement when required
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
- Monday – Friday
- Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
- Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
- Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE
- Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)
